"Pink Skies" acrylic on board, 30cm round, 2024. Sold I get such a kick out of the materials I use, and I am absolutely in love with trying new materials an coming up with new ways of producing my work. This piece is one of those special things when everything comes together. The beautiful pink has given the feeling of a crisp winter day & this piece is finished off under resin which looks like glass and it feels a bit fun with the glow it gives off under UV light.
"Rangitikei Glow" acrylic on board, 90cm round, 2023. A lot of the time art is about the process, the process of this one has been living with this piece in various stages of completion, staring at it for hours figuring out what sits where, there was even some maths involved. So when you get to see it in its new home it means alot.
"Entwined River" acrylic on board, 40cm round, 2024, Sold. A Stunning Autumn piece that has been taken to the next level with a super glossy resin finish. Very proud of this complex work which showcases the Oroua River as it flows through the Manawatu.

"Descent to the River" Rangitikei River This piece has been a large part of my journey recently, it has gone through a lot of drafting and conceptual work to bring it where it is. I've focused on carrying my cubism through by approaching it from a different more refined process. I've handled the painting of this piece in a much softer method than some of my other current works which are a bit louder.

Definitely the jewel in the crown, very proud of this beautiful comissioned piece of a Tui looking over "Stormy Point" Rangitikei. Love the richness in the colours and the splash of the 24K gold leaf which gibes theis piece a special glow.
